Growth of the CEPM:
CEPM will hire tenure/tenure-track core member faculty jointly between the two institutions. These faculty will be located at CEPM headquarters on W. 54th Street in Manhattan and the Mount Sinai campus in New York City. We will hire faculty beginning in spring 2023. Rensselaer and Mount Sinai will jointly manage the research space. CEPM co-directors report to the President of Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute and the Dean of Medicine at Mount Sinai, respectively. The expertise of the new core members will cover a broad array of knowledge and capabilities reflected in Figure 1. The two lead institutions will manage faculty hiring and promotion.
